We liked rooms with great view over ramallah. A balcony, 2 televisions and a kitchenette where provided. The service was excellant and the food was GOOD.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay great. We got a wheelchair accessible room with a stunning view and a lovely balcony, which was exactly what we wanted and it worked out perfectly! 🌟

I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. Lastly, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient for exploring all that the area has to offer.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the lobby and hallways, which were a bit smoky and had a slight odor. However, this did not affect my overall experience and everything else was more than satisfactory.
